1. Services and Pricing

We offer automotive protection services, including paint protection film (PPF) installation, ceramic coating, and detailing.
All pricing is customized based on the vehicle type, condition, and service requested. A written estimate or quote will be provided before any work begins. Prices exclude applicable taxes, shop supplies, or additional charges disclosed prior to service.

2. Deposits and Advance Payments

A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure an appointment or begin work.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

  • Deposits are refundable only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • If we cancel the appointment for any reason, your deposit or advance payment will be refunded in full.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service prior to the scheduled appointment by contacting us directly.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure, weather, or staffing issues.

4. Refund Policy

All services are final once performed. Due to the nature of custom installation and detailing work, no refunds will be issued after service completion.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup for review and resolution.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement or manufacturer’s warranty (for example, PPF or ceramic coating manufacturer warranties).
We do not guarantee results beyond the limitations of the products used or the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

Customers must disclose any prior damage, repainting, or defects before service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing paint issues, weak clear coat, or damage caused by manufacturer defects.
